Rotisserie Meats & Entrees


 We dry rub all of our succulent meats before slow roasting them in our rotisserie ovens.  We have savory rotisserie chicken,  juicy baby back ribs, tender piggy pork butt, and succulent brisket.  Our Golden Goodness Ro’ Fried Chicken is first roasted in the rotisserie before being dipped in seasoned beer battered tempura for a light yet crispy coating.  Our Chicken n’ Waffles rival the best in Portland.   All of our meat platters are served family style and the 3 meat sampler platter is a favorite to share for 2 people.

Rotini pasta cooked with garlic butter, cream, Gruyere, Fontina, Cheddar and topped w/Parmesan garlic crumb
